The LH263H01 is a color transflective display with wide viewing angle function. This matrix employs LTPS(low temperature polycrystalline silicon) thin film transistors as the active elements. The gate drivers and multiplexing circuits are integrated on this panel. This model has 2.63 inches diagonal size with half VGA pixel format(320 horizontal by 400 vertical pixel array). This model operates in the normally black mode. Each pixel is divided into Red, Green and Blue subpixels or dots which are arranged in vertical stripes. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel color is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus, presenting a palette of more than 262,144 colors. The LCD module is composed of LED backlight system and TFT-LCD panel with minimum external circuits and components required. And, dome switch and LED for the core navigation block are integrated on this module.
